Role & responsibilities

  1. Operate and set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines effectively and safely.
  2. Must have hands-on experience in G-code and M-code operations.
  3. Perform 2D programming and ensure accuracy in machining processes.
  4. Handle and operate Double Column Machines with prior proven experience.
  5. Monitor and control machining parameters to maintain part quality and productivity.
  6. Carry out machine handling, setup, and changeovers as required.
  7. Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool layouts, and work instructions.
  8. Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on VMC machines.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  10. Collaborate with the production and quality team to achieve targets and resolve machining issues.
