The Role: Field Sales Expert
This is a full-time, high-impact, on-site role. We need a self-starter who can confidently own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Pioneering Growth: Strategically identifying and securing new B2B clients across Hyderabad.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
- Consultative Selling: Positioning Alcor's logistics services as the optimal solution for client supply chain needs.
Essential Requirements & Perks
Non-Negotiable:
- Must own a personal vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) for efficient daily travel to client locations across Hyderabad.
- Proven track record in B2B sales (Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain experience is a major plus).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
