Senior Product Manager, Merchant Onboarding

Role Purpose
We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and self-driven Senior Product Manager with a deep understanding of Merchant Onboarding. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing roadmaps, driving outcomes and successfully launching products from the ground up (0-to-1) in the merchant onboarding, KYC, Compliance, risk domain.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision for KYC and Onboarding products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage the roadmap for KYC and Onboarding products, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering) and external customers to gather feedback, identify requirements, and prioritize features.
  • User Experience: Partner with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, process efficient, compliant, and user-friendly onboarding, ensuring seamless navigation and data interpretation.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security across all products.
  • Data Modeling & Metrics: Define key metrics and data models to measure product performance, user engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Analytics & Insights: Analyze user interaction with dashboards and data tools, gathering insights to improve the user experience and drive adoption.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support internal and external users in understanding and using the dashboards effectively.
  • Innovation: Identify opportunities using AI to increase the onboarding efficiency and new segment to invest.

What Matters In This Role

  • 5 to 8 years in product management in Merchant Onboarding, KYC, Compliance, Risk management space
  • Is able to adapt to a fast paced environment and change with our growing business
  • Ability to analyse trends, performance, and internal feedback to inform product recommendations
  • Manage the product roadmap and communicate its plan to stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI to solve merchant problems and drive business out comes
  • Bachelor's degree along with an MBA (preferred).
