Partner Data Operations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Partner Data Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partner data requests. This role involves close collaboration with business managers, engineering, and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of
data feeds, resolve partner queries, and maintain secure data operations
. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and managing the DevOps backlog,
troubleshooting data issues
, and
multi-stakeholder management
. The ideal candidate excels at communication, problem-solving, and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with business managers to resolve partner queries and ensure smooth data flow.
• Manage end-to-end requests lifecycle from gathering requirements, working with engineering to prioritize work, and delivering it to the partner.
• Create, manage, and prioritize the DevOps backlog to ensure the engineering team completes data/dev ops tasks on time.
• Managed and troubleshoot data feeds sent to partners, ensuring accuracy and promptly resolving issues.
• Renew and manage encryption keys, coordinating with IT and business managers.
• Set up data feeds for new partners, including creating login credentials and coordinating with internal teams.
• Address technical questions from partners and deflect them to the appropriate internal stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in data operations, technical support, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business managers and partners.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing
  data feeds, troubleshooting data issues,
  and managing tasks for the DevOps team.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
