Sales Representative

Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting the company's construction and design services, handling client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, field visits, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a strong client database for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed deals.
Sales & Negotiation
- Present company services, design concepts, and project offerings to clients effectively.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate client meetings or presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company pricing and policies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between the client and project team.
- Address customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated with competitor activities, market trends, and client preferences.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales — preferably in construction, interiors, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with design/project teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹44,113.94 per month
