Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President-Operations at HIRA - RR Ispat, located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh

The leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing business operations of the company, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations and lean manufacturing benchmarks.

The role also involves leading the Operations team, managing budgets and fostering relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Additionally, the Vice President will evaluate operational processes, productivity & performance to boost efficiency and bring excellence

Qualifications

*A bright dynamic mechanical engineer with management degree having Leadership & team management skills

*Someone with strategic planning and execution capabilities who understands Financial analysis and can drive operations in a dynamic unpredictable business environment
