JOB DETAILS 1.Support Executive Publisher, Publishers and Vice President on editorial and administrative functions.2.Code invoices and send promotional copies to societies and editors and order stationary for editorial offices. 3.Update binders with circulation, invoices and financial status reports monthly. 4.Coordinate room booking, menus and billing for editorial board meetings. 5.Communicate with external editors, advertisers and direct calls to respective departments. 6.Assume responsibility for recurring payments and bound volumes. 7.Manage editor’s centralized database, contact information, journal contracts and specifications. 8.Compile and develop Publishers reports by gathering marketing, advertising and sales information to meet department deadlines. 9.Compile and archive reports and presentations’ hardcopies. 10.Schedule prompt annual, monthly and quarterly activities.
