About the Team

The Finance Transformation team accelerates strategic initiatives across global Finance by combining process expertise, systems knowledge, and execution capacity. We help Finance scale efficiently through process optimization, automation, and enhanced operational support.

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team — a hands-on contributor who will assist with accounting operations, data validation, and transaction processing. This role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to build strong foundational experience across multiple areas of Finance while being part of an evolving transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support & Accounting

• Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger (GL) accurately and on time.

• Support invoice processing and expense validation across Accounts Payable (AP).

• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations and billing support.

• Help ensure accounting entries comply with company policy and accounting standards.

Process Execution & Analysis

• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities.

• Validate data accuracy across multiple systems (Workday, Snowflake, etc.).

• Support Finance analysts and project teams with data gathering, cleanup, and transaction testing.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in system enhancement and testing efforts (e.g., UAT for new features or process changes).

• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Provide administrative and transactional support during high-volume periods or project go-lives.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a similar transactional role.

• Familiarity with ERP systems

Other Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with large datasets.

• Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis or reconciliation skills.

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced transformation environment.
