Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Work Timings: 06:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: Chandigarh (On-site)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in online marketing strategies, especially in the loans, mortgage, and finance sector. The role involves creating and managing digital campaigns, designing creatives, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing).
  • Design and edit creatives, banners, and marketing material using Canva.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for better lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Develop targeted content and creatives suitable for the finance domain.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in Canva for designing and editing creatives.
  • Prior experience in finance/loans/mortgage industry marketing preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
