About the role:

  • Inspection Coordination: Ensure seamlessinspection alignment across 10 cities with timely execution.
  • Inspector Feedback Loop: Engage with inspectors to gather follow-up.
  • Coordination: with Lead Ownersforscheduling, updates, and operational sync.
  • Roster Management: Create and manage inspector rostersto ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Inspection Scheduling: Maintain and monitor the inspection scheduler for accurate tracking.
  • Daily Reporting: Keep reports updated with daily scheduled and completed inspections.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must – you'll be the ops bridge between teams
  • Availability: 6-day work week. Should be available for all operational calls as needed. Ideal candidate:

An ideal candidate would be hardworking and enterprising individual, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Interested candidates must have an ingenious, scientific approach to problems, backed by strong outcome-oriented point of view. Interested candidates must have demonstrated experience in managing the operations.

Requirements: -

  • 1 to 5 Years of experience in hub/warehouse operations
  • Team handling experience mandatory
  • Graduation degree -Ability to think creatively about business problems & come with solutions
  • Thrive in high pressure
