Location: Remote (with occasional office visits in India)

Tenure: 6 months (extendable based on performance & project needs)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise in front-end development (ReactJS) and proven experience in building Smart TV applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, architectural design skills, and hands-on development capabilities to deliver complex, scalable, and high-performing TV and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of Smart TV and web applications using ReactJS and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Define and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, DevOps, QA) to deliver seamless applications.
  • Build and optimize video streaming applications (HLS, MPEG-DASH, DRM integration).
  • Ensure application performance across Smart TV platforms (Tizen, webOS, Vida OS, Gaming Devices).
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, perform code reviews, and enforce coding best practices.
  • Drive front-end performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies).
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility, testing, and debugging across devices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in ReactJS-based front-end development.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead in complex web/TV application projects.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux/MobX/Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Deep knowledge of Smart TV platforms (Tizen, webOS, Vida OS, Gaming Devices) and their ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with video streaming technologies (HLS, MPEG-DASH, DRM).
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
  • Proficiency with Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn build tools.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Strong focus on application performance tuning and scalability.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
