Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic
IT Telecaller Executive
to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining IT products and services, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for

or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in the

Key Responsibilities:

• Make
  outbound calls
  to prospective clients to introduce company IT services and solutions.
• Handle
  inbound inquiries
  and provide information about products/services.
• Identify client needs, generate
  qualified leads
  , and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the
  CRM database
  with accurate call logs and client details.
• Build and maintain
  strong relationships with potential customers
  to drive sales conversions.
• Coordinate with the
  sales and marketing team
  to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Share feedback from clients to improve communication strategies and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:
  Minimum Graduate or equivalent (any stream).
• Experience:
  0–1 year in telecalling, BPO, IT support, or customer service (freshers are welcome).
• Excellent
  communication skills
  (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred).
• Good
  presentation and interpersonal skills
  with a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of
  IT services, software, or technology
  is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales/lead generation targets.
• Proficiency in
  MS Office (Word, Excel)
  and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
