Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Automated QA Engineer with 0–5 years of experience (including freshers) to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare technology platforms across web, mobile, and backend systems. If you are passionate about automation testing, technology, and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.

Perform automation testing for mobile apps, web platforms, and backend systems.

Write and maintain test cases, use cases, and test documentation.

Conduct compatibility and quality checks across multiple devices, browsers, and operating systems.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality.

Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software reliability.

Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Participate in test planning, test case design, and continuous QA process improvements.

Support release validation and build verification activities.

Basic Skills Required:

Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and use cases.

Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.

Understanding of testing frameworks and basic programming (Python/Java preferred).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Basic understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Nice to Have:

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

Knowledge of healthcare or IoT-based applications.

Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Software testing certifications (e.g., ISTQB) will be an added advantage.
