About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead Talent Acquisition (BPO / Bulk Hiring) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing, leading a small team, and driving high-volume hiring for voice, non-voice, and back-office processes.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to achieve hiring goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across functions (tech/non-tech/operations, etc.).
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Personally handle sourcing and screening for bulk hiring (voice, non-voice, chat, blended, and support roles).
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
- Conduct telephonic screening, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with operations and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain dashboards and track hiring metrics (offer-to-join ratio, time-to-fill, etc.).
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on sourcing techniques, communication, and process compliance.
- Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and process excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume and/or specialized hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
