We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator( Male candidate only) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and systems from various source documents.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and correct data errors before input.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Respond to data inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of databases and office systems.

Note : We do not hire pursuing student
