Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor Engineer to manage all cost-related aspects of our construction project. The role involves preparing BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, billing, and coordinating with the site and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings
  • Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation
  • Manage contractor and client billing (RA bills, final bills)
  • Track project costs and budgets
  • Coordinate with site engineers and procurement for material requirements
  • Verify measurements and site progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction billing, estimation, and MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,442.86 per month
