Key Responsibilities

  • VISA Coordination:

  • Handle end-to-end VISA application process for business travel, including document preparation, verification, submission, and tracking.

  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and travel agents to ensure timely processing.

  • Keep updated on VISA requirements, regulations, and processing timelines for multiple countries.

  • Forex Management:

  • Arrange and manage foreign exchange requirements for employees, ensuring best possible rates.

  • Maintain records of forex disbursement and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.

  • Travel Coordination:

  • Liaise with travel agencies for booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation as required.

  • Ensure travel itineraries are optimized for cost and convenience.

  • Maintain updated travel policies and ensure employee compliance.

  • Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of VISA, passport, forex transactions, and travel expenses.

  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies and statutory requirements.

  • Vendor Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, VISA consultants, and forex service providers.

  • Negotiate contracts and rates to ensure cost-effective solutions.
