Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent models and algorithms that solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, programming expertise, and a deep understanding of machine learning principles and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
  • Build scalable data pipelines and integrate ML models into production systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to deploy solutions.
  • Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve model accuracy.
  • Research and implement new algorithms and tools for better efficiency and performance.
  • Document processes, models, and results for reproducibility and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
  • Experience with data manipulation tools (NumPy, Pandas) and visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Good understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
  • Experience with model deployment (using Flask, FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
