Plan & Slay:
Design and execute flawless weddings and corporate events, embracing diverse cultures and traditions across India, from the vibrant ceremonies of Rajasthan to the serene backwaters of Kerala, and the bustling corporate hubs of Mumbai and Delhi.

Visionary Architect:
Take wild ideas and turn them into tangible, breathtaking concepts that pop This includes understanding specific regional aesthetics and cultural nuances to create truly authentic experiences.

Process Pro:
Own the entire event lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring every detail is nailed with precision and amazing project management skills.

Client Charmer:
Build genuine, trust-based relationships with clients, from those first intro calls to post-event high-fives. You'll lead pre-sales meetings, planning sessions, and all client interactions like a boss, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse client backgrounds and preferences.

Budget Boss:
Craft realistic budgets and keep a hawk's eye on spending, making sure every penny brings max impact.

Vendor Whisperer:

What You'll Bring to the Table (Your Awesome Skills)

Education

A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or something similar that proves you're ready to crush it.

Experience

• 3-5 years of absolutely crushing it in event planning and execution, with a killer portfolio of weddings and corporate events that screams "I'm amazing" (Bonus points for multi-cultural experience and a deep understanding of Indian regional traditions and destination event logistics).
• Proven track record of managing 20+ events successfully, demonstrating a serious knack for detail and process.
• Experience with client-facing roles, leading meetings, and building rapport from day one.
• A history of bringing creative concepts to life and working within client budgets.
• Demonstrable project management skills that keep everything on track.

• Adaptability is your middle name – you can pivot on a dime and keep cool under pressure, especially when dealing with diverse logistical challenges across India.
• You're a self-starter who also thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluent in English and Hindi, and bonus points if you can charm us in other Indian languages for better cultural immersion
