Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Operations Manager
to oversee and streamline the company's operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a deep understanding of operational processes, and the ability to drive efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Operations Oversight:
Ensure smooth, efficient functioning of all daily operations within the company. - Process Improvement:
Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency. - Compliance & Policy Adherence:
Understand and enforce all company rules, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. - Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, guide, and monitor staff to maintain discipline, performance, and accountability. - Direct Coordination with CDM:
Conduct regular
one-on-one interactions with the CDM
for operational updates, planning, and strategic discussions. - Problem Identification & Resolution:
Address operational challenges proactively with effective solutions. - Reporting:
Prepare timely reports, insights, and documentation for management review.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field - MBA/PGDM
in Operations, Management, or equivalent (preferred) - Strong understanding of operational systems, frameworks, and organisational processes
- 10–15 years
of proven experience in Operations Management - Experience in handling large-scale operations, preferably within diversified or multi-industry businesses
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong exposure to compliance, operational efficiency, and process optimisation.
