  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Forecast sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports for management.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives.
  • Set clear sales goals, assign targets, and monitor performance.
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with key clients.
  • Act as the point of contact for major accounts and resolve escalations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to improve product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Suggest new products or services to increase market share.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance using CRM tools and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
  • Optimize sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Expand business by tapping into new regions or verticals
