Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote travel packages, assist customers with queries, and help drive sales conversions for domestic and international travel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote travel products and packages.
- Respond to inbound inquiries regarding flights, hotels, tours, and visa services.
- Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable travel options.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company travel packages, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for booking confirmations.
- Record customer information and call details accurately in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the travel/tourism industry.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing ability.
- Customer service orientation and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Fluency in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
