Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise the process of mixing paint components.
  • Inspection of surfaces for cleanliness and readiness for painting.
  • Inspection of equipment / fixture and other structures reported to be in need of painting.
  • Daily Inspection of work in progress and upon completion to ensure that it meets required standards.
  • Quality Inspection of the job executed and report generation.
  • Preparation and implementation of QA/QC procedures/formats, ITP, IMIR etc.
  • Upkeep, maintenance and calibration of test equipment.
  • Implementation and Improvement of quality standards as per QMS and OHSAS.
  • Ensuring safety implementation, emergency preparedness and response on site.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of industrial Painting & Coating.
  • Mandatory certification NACE level II
  • Must be open for relocation anywhere in India.
