Role and Responsibilities:
As a senior graphic designer at Zigsaw, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning game designs and animations. Your role will involve collaborating with a team of talented artists, animators, and sound technicians to bring our games to life. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conceptualizing and designing game graphics and characters.
  • Planning and implementing play mechanics and gaming protocols.
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on junior designer drafts.
  • Generating fresh concepts and innovative ideas.
  • Leading and supervising a team of designers.
  • Liaising between management and the design team to meet deadlines.
  • Providing suggestions and solutions based on project goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Educational qualification in graphic design or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  • Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro.
Required Skills:
The candidate should demonstrate the following skills and abilities:
  • Strong creativity and ability to tell engaging stories through game design.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Efficient team handling and leadership skills.
Note: This position is open to local candidates in Kolkata. Candidates must include their portfolio link with their resume. Proficiency in Illustrator is essential as we work exclusively with this software. The selection process will involve evaluating the quality of the candidate's assignment submission.
