Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to engage with qualified prospects and close sales for our E-commerce Marketing Services. This is a full-time position located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or client-facing roles. The role involves understanding client pain points, presenting solutions effectively, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in Zoom calls with qualified leads to understand their needs.
  • Present and pitch our services in a persuasive and client-focused manner.
  • Build strong rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Follow up persistently with leads needing further nurturing.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to close deals.
  • Accurately log all activities (calls, deals, revenue) in Google Sheets.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and processes.
  • Review call recordings daily to refine pitch and approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain a 15%20% closing rate from qualified leads.
  • Deliver consistent performance on monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure daily CRM updates with clear and accurate communication logs.
  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
