  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Maintaining ledgers, journals, and vouchers (sales, purchase, payment, receipt, contra, etc.).
  • Preparing trial balance and ensuring books are updated.
  • Preparing and filing GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
  • Handling TDS calculation and return filing.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Reconciling bank statements with company accounts.
  • Monitoring daily cash flow and preparing cash book.
  • Handling petty cash transactions.
  • Preparing Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports in Tally.
  • Assisting in audits by providing required data and reports.
  • Generating MIS reports for management as per requirements.
  • Processing employee salaries and maintaining payroll records in Tally.
  • Recording expense claims and verifying supporting bills.
  • Maintaining stock details in Tally (inward/outward entries).
  • Preparing stock reports, purchase orders, and monitoring stock valuation.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for bill submissions and approvals.
  • Assisting external auditors, tax consultants, and management.
  • Responding to vendor/client queries related to accounts.

Job Type: Full-time
