**Role: Factory Data and Accounts Specialist**

Brocolate is a new chocolate brand near IIM Indore, aiming to become a premium name in confectionery. As a startup, we're seeking an all-rounder to manage our financial data, stock, and billing processes. This role is crucial in our early stages, requiring versatility to handle various tasks. While we're starting with one key person, we plan to expand our team as we grow.

**Job Overview**

We seek a versatile Factory Data and Accounts Specialist to manage critical data and accounting functions in our startup phase.

Key Responsibilities
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished products, forecast inventory needs based on production and sales data.
- **Accounts Management**: Handle all financial transactions using Tally software. Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and generate monthly financial reports. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Production Management**: Analyze production data to monitor performance and efficiency. Calculate production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
- **Bills and Dispatch Management**: Track and manage sales orders from receipt through delivery. Prepare and issue customer bills, Coordinate product dispatch.
- **Labour Payments**: Process staff wages. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- **Data & Cost Management**: Perform cost calculations for materials, processes, and products. Evaluate recipes for cost implications. Prepare detailed efficiency reports for financial planning.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Tally software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in manufacturing or food industry preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of chocolate production processes a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
