**Title: Tally operator cum Back Office Executive**
**Location: Govindpura Bhopal**
**Salary: 12000-15000**

The **Back Office Executive **will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and **supporting the accounting department with Tally operations**. This role requires **proficiency in Tally software**, as well as a solid **understanding of GST and TDS concepts**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain Tally software to record and process accounting transactions accurately.
- Generate and review invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documents.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and coordination of tasks.
- Stay updated on changes in GST and TDS regulations and communicate relevant information to the team.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Tally software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
