We are seeking a visionary
AI/ML Architect
to lead the design and delivery of next-generation AI/ML systems that align with business objectives, technical excellence, and platform scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Technical Leadership

  • Define and drive the AI/ML architecture vision across enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and the AiDE platform's capabilities.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable AI/ML systems using a blend of commercial, open-source, and custom LLMs optimized for cost, performance, and quality.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of LLMs and AI models into the AiDE Fabric, including fine-tuning, evaluation pipelines, and inference optimization.
  • Establish AI governance standards, model lifecycle management, and compliance frameworks (including PII/PHI protection, SOC 2 Type II requirements).

Platform Integration & Innovation

  • Architect AI-driven solutions using
    AiDE Explain
    ,
    AiDE Upgrade
    ,
    AiDE Migrate
    , and
    AiDE Impact Based Testing
    to accelerate development, reduce technical debt, and improve system maintainability.
  • Enable seamless integration of AI/ML components with existing enterprise stacks (e.g., React, Java, .NET, Salesforce, Azure, Kubernetes).
  • Drive the adoption of agentic workflows across development, QA, and operations teams using AiDE's
    Jira/Azure DevOps integration
    and automated task orchestration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, engineering, QA, and security teams to co-design AI-powered features and automate complex workflows.
  • Mentor senior engineers and lead technical discussions on AI/ML best practices, model interpretability, and ethical AI.
  • Champion the use of
    AiDE Idea to Launch
    and
    AiDE Design to Code
    to accelerate MVP delivery and innovation cycles.

Research & Development

  • Stay ahead of advancements in generative AI, agentic systems, and LLM fine-tuning; prototype and pilot new use cases on the AiDE platform.
  • Publish technical insights and contribute to internal knowledge base, including architecture diagrams, dependency maps, and solution overviews via
    AiDE Explain
    .

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML system design and implementation.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in
    LLM architectures

  • Hands-on experience with
    model deployment

  • Experience with
