Role & responsibilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field
12 years of experience in software development or architecture with a significant focus on AI and machine learning
Deep understanding of AIML concepts and techniques including supervised unsupervised and reinforcement learning as well as experience with various AI algorithms and models
Handson experience with cloud computing platforms eg AWS Azure GCP with a strong preference for experience with Google Cloud Platform GCP and its AIrelated services
Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust AI solutions within the Healthcare IT domain
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or Scala as well as experience with AIML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikitlearn
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence decisionmaking with a demonstrated track record of successfully driving AI initiatives within an organization
Experience in working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders with a strong ability to collaborate and build consensus
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and address complex technical challenges
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations eg HIPAA is required as well as a strong understanding of the Healthcare IT landscape
Experience with MLOps practices and tools with a focus on automating and streamlining the AI development and deployment lifecycle
Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams"
