We are seeking a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand through organic channels onlywith a strong focus on promoting university webinars and driving high student engagement. You will work across platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and LinkedIn to build communities, promote events, and increase turnoutall without relying on SEO or paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

University Webinars & Virtual Events

Plan, schedule, and coordinate regular online webinars aimed at students.

Work with speakers, trainers, and partners to organize impactful sessions.

Promote webinars through organic campaigns on WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, Telegram channels, and LinkedIn.

Increase student sign-ups and attendance through smart reminders, teaser content, and community outreach.

Host/moderate webinars when required and ensure smooth execution.

Community Marketing (WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn)

Create and manage student-focused WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, and Facebook communities.

Engage with members regularly through polls, updates, discussions, and Q&As.

Grow communities organically via referrals, group partnerships, and high-value content.

Use LinkedIn to connect with college reps, student influencers, and academic professionals for collaboration and organic reach.

Social Media (Organic Only)

Create platform-specific content (reels, carousels, infographics, student testimonials) to increase visibility.

Manage daily posts, stories, and community interactions across Facebook and LinkedIn.

Respond to DMs, comments, and queries to foster engagement.

Email Marketing & List Building

Build and grow a student mailing list through organic lead magnets and webinar registrations.

Write and schedule newsletters, webinar invites, and follow-ups.

Influencer & Student Ambassador Outreach

Identify and collaborate with college influencers, student groups, and educational pages to promote webinars and content.

Run referral programs, contests, or shout-outs to boost participation.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor engagement, sign-ups, and attendance using Google Sheets, social insights, and email/webinar tools.

Report on the success of organic campaigns and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 years of proven experience in organic digital marketing, webinar promotion, or community engagement.

Strong working knowledge of WhatsApp, Facebook Groups/Pages, Telegram, and LinkedIn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage virtual events, content calendars, and messaging campaigns.

Experience with basic tools like Canva, Google Meet/Zoom, Mailchimp/ConvertKit, and Google Analytics.
