About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Site Measurement & Billing Executive
to join our team. This role involves visiting project sites, taking accurate measurements, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth billing processes. If you enjoy a mix of fieldwork, precision, and administrative tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit project sites to take accurate measurements and record site details.
  • Prepare and maintain site measurement reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients regarding site requirements.
  • Assist in preparing invoices and billing related to site work.
  • Ensure all site data is organized, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Support project teams with any field-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in site coordination, measurements, or billing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording data.
  • Basic understanding of billing/invoicing procedures.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with field teams.
  • Comfortable visiting different sites and handling practical, hands-on work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (for reports and invoices).

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in construction, interior fit-outs, or project management support.
  • Ability to read basic site drawings or measurements.
  • Organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
