Key Responsibilities:
- Cook North and South Indian dishes.
- Innovate new Indian recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Train junior chefs on Indian cooking.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety.
Mandatory Skillset & Requirements:
- Expertise in Indian curries, tandoor, and regional dishes.
- Strong culinary knowledge and speed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree/diploma.
- 3+ years of experience in Indian kitchens.
