Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

  • Prepare financial reports, e.g. including Trial balance and Receipt & Payment

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

  • Analyse financial data and provide insights to management

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency

Day-to-day work includes

  • Daily sales and credit note (RTV) entry for online sales (swiggy /zomato), shop /outlet sales, direct

sales, GT/MT sales. Tallying Swiggy & Zomato accounts on weekly basis. Making sales report on daily

basis as the format made by the management and sharing the same with management on daily basis

  • Daily checking of the Bank statement for tallying the collection received against sales and informing sales

Team, dispatch team for follow-up for non-payment ( Razorpay payment tally, Credit card collection

Tally, cash collection tally, Paytm collection tally, Cheques collection from MT/GT & Direct orders

  • Reconciliation of customers' accounts and a monthly day-wise outstanding summary of Sundry

Debtors

  • Daily petty cash expense handling (head office, outlets), co-ordination with stores team & dispatch

team for raw material, packaging material, urgent payment for delivery of orders. Daily Petty cash

report major account head-wise to be maintained and data entry to be done in Zoho Books.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ZOHO Books)
