Job Responsibilities:

a Provide all kinds of direct & indirect support to the sales team in achieving their targets.

b Mindray Brand Positioning, Awareness and Differentiate between us vis-a-vis other players.

c Influence and drive luminaries / KOLs towards us and build relationship with corporate clients

d Prepare & Conduct and Coordinate & Participate in various conferences, seminars, workshops.

e Lead the creation and execution of fully integrated consumer marketing plans including advertising, public relations, product launches and consumer promotion activities.

f Getting Marketing Kits, Invitations, etc. prepared.

g Work with channel partners to understand the market and plan marketing activities in the region.

h To get market updates / competition strategy / activities and provide analysis for the same.

i Increase value proposition of offers made to target customers.

j Product positioning

Preference:

MBA in Marketing

Holding good PMLS domain knowledge.

Should have the mix of Product & Sales Management & experience in managing SKA accounts & KOL customers.

Analytical skills on market mapping, Competition trending etc are a must to value add the Profile
