We are looking for candidates from Bangalore and with relevant experience (Rework of SMT or THT components)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Should be capable to analyze the marked issues are acceptable or need to do rework for all SMT components.
  • Placement and removal of BGAs
  • Need to do re-balling for BGA manually

Requirements:

  • 1+years in SMT/BGA Rework at any Electronics manufacturing company or EMS company
  • Process knowledge on operating BGA Rework station (advantage)
  • Experience in SMT Rework Re-balling, BGA component placement & removal and Rework station
  • Knowledge on rework of all electronic components
  • Ability to do manual rework

Note:

  • All interviews will be conducted Face to Face (practical).
  • We are located in Electronic City, Bangalore.
  • We expect a long term commitment from the candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
