Job Post: Technician Location: Ahmadabad **Job Type**: Full-Time Experience Level: 0-2 Years (Freshers can apply) Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technician to support our production and quality teams in soldering, product assembly, product testing, and inventory management. The role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD components) on PCBs with high accuracy. - Conduct product assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures. - Carry out product testing to ensure quality and functionality before dispatch. - Assist in inventory management including stock counting, labeling, and material issuance. > Troubleshoot and repair defective products or components. > Maintain and calibrate tools, jigs, and test equipment. - Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling while working on sensitive electronics. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workbench. - Collaborate with engineers for design changes or assembly improvements. - Prepare and maintain production/testing documentation and reports. ATRI Solutions Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: - PCB soldering (through-hole & SMD) - Wiring & crimping techniques - Reading circuit diagrams & mechanical drawings - Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments - Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical components Soft Skills: - Attention to detail and precision - Teamwork and communication skills - Time management and ability to meet deadlines - Problem-solving mindset Additional Preferred Skills (Good to Have): - Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware loading - Familiarity with ISO/quality standards in manufacturing - Basic mechanical assembly skills - Experience in repair & rework of electronic products - Computer skills for documentation (MS Excel, Word) Pay: ₹8,728.72 - ₹33,909.69 per month Work Location: In person
