Job description:Job Post: TechnicianLocation: AhmadabadJob Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)Education: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technician to support our production and quality teams in soldering, product assembly, product testing, and inventory management. The role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Roles & Responsibilities: Perform soldering (through-hole and SMD components) on PCBs with high accuracy.Conduct product assembly as per drawings, wiring diagrams, and standard operating procedures.Carry out product testing to ensure quality and functionality before dispatch.Assist in inventory management including stock counting, labeling, and material issuance. > Troubleshoot and repair defective products or components. > Maintain and calibrate tools, jigs, and test equipment.Ensure proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling while working on sensitive electronics.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workbench.Collaborate with engineers for design changes or assembly improvements.Prepare and maintain production/testing documentation and reports.ATRI SolutionsRequired Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: PCB soldering (through-hole & SMD)Wiring & crimping techniquesReading circuit diagrams & mechanical drawingsUse of multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test instrumentsBasic knowledge of electronics and electrical componentsSoft Skills: Attention to detail and precisionTeamwork and communication skillsTime management and ability to meet deadlinesProblem-solving mindsetAdditional Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware loadingFamiliarity with ISO/quality standards in manufacturingBasic mechanical assembly skillsExperience in repair & rework of electronic productsComputer skills for documentation (MS Excel, Word)Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹8, ₹33,307.74 per monthWork Location: In person
