We're looking for a talented
Power BI Developer
who can turn data into actionable insights through strong data modeling, dashboard design, and collaboration with data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain
    Power BI dashboards
    and interactive reports.
  • Design and optimize
    data models
    for scalability, accuracy, and performance.
  • Build
    DAX measures
    ,
    Power Query transformations
    , and
    custom visuals
    .
  • Work with the data engineering team to integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Azure, APIs, etc.).
  • Implement
    row-level security
    and manage
    Power BI Service workspaces
    .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and efficiency across all visualizations.
  • Stay current with new Power BI features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience as a
    Power BI Developer
    .
  • Strong skills in
    data modeling
    ,
    DAX
    ,
    Power Query (M language)
    , and
    SQL
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Power BI Desktop
    and
    Power BI Service
    .
  • Knowledge of
    ETL
    ,
    data warehousing
    , and
    data integration
    concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    Azure Data Factory
    ,
    Databricks
    , or similar data tools.
  • Experience integrating Power BI with
    SharePoint
    ,
    Excel
    , or
    API data sources
    .

Work Schedule:

  • Remote
    position with
    2–4 hours overlap in UK business hours
    .
  • Flexible working hours outside of overlap period.
