We are looking for a skilled
Power BI professional
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
    .
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
    effective BI solutions
    .
  • Connect, import, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud services, etc.).
  • Implement
    DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs
    for reporting needs.
  • Optimize existing reports/dashboards for performance and usability.
  • Ensure
    data security and compliance
    by managing roles and permissions.
  • Conduct
    UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    with end users and provide training/documentation.
  • Stay updated with
    Power BI features and BI industry trends
    to improve reporting capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) with
    Power BI development
    and report building.
  • Strong proficiency in
    DAX, Power Query (M language)
    , and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with
    SQL
    and relational databases.
  • Experience with
    ETL processes
    and integrating multiple data sources.
  • Good understanding of
    data visualization principles
    and storytelling with data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    Azure Data Services
    (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake).
  • Experience in
    report automation and scheduling
    .
