We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef/CDP/DCDP to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.

- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve menu offerings.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef/CDP/DCDP in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures.
