Description and Requirements

'- To ensure the NPI performance of India 2nd EMS - Neolync Tirupati Plant. Need On-site strong support for Neolync.

  • Ensure the readiness of NPI 4M during each Tollgates (PVT, Pilot, Ramp, & Approval).
  • Ensure to execute the NPI activities E2E along with CFT effectively.
  • On-Time NPI Product delivery with committed FCSQ.
  • Identify Projects risks & prepare mitigation plans.
  • Escalate the issues/risks well in advance to CFT, management & seek support.
  • Attend/lead project meetings (Internal & external) and secure the project's deliverables on time.
  • Product qualifications & approval on time.
  • Line Qualifications, PSO approval.
