The Role:

We are seeking a sharp, data-obsessed, and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to own and execute paid campaigns that drive real business growth for our clients. You will be the key player responsible for the hands-on management, optimization, and analysis of performance across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a special focus on E-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Build, launch, manage, and meticulously optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads.
  • E-commerce & D2C Focus: Develop and execute performance strategies for online sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition for our D2C and E-commerce clients.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct daily and weekly performance analysis. Use data to make informed decisions on bidding, audience targeting, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
  • Budget Management: Take ownership of advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and spend to meet client KPIs.
  • Reporting & Communication: Generate clear, insightful performance reports and effectively communicate results, insights, and recommendations to the internal strategy team.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and test new platforms, features, and trends in performance marketing.

Who You Are (Requirements):

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing agency, specifically managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Must have direct experience with E-commerce or D2C marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing significant ad spend and delivering on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, Lead Volume).
  • Platform certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions) are a significant plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and data analysis tools.
  • A "test, learn, and optimize" mindset. You are not just a campaign manager; you are a growth hacker.
