Job Title: Admin Executive / Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Rejoice Talent Academy, Mota Varachha
Position Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Branch Head
Job Summary
The Admin Executive / Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the institute, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing front-desk activities, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting the Branch Head with various administrative and coordination tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain visitor logs.
Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Manage official correspondence including emails, letters, and announcements.
Student Support
- Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and institute policies.
- Assist students with inquiries and connect them to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain and update student records and attendance logs.
Operational Duties
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail or packages.
- Ensure compliance with security and visitor access protocols.
Coordination & Liaison
- Support the Branch Head with calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Assist in planning and organizing institute events, workshops, and celebrations.
- Communicate with external vendors and service providers as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Front Desk Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
