CONSULTANT - SAP ANALYTICS (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • SAP Authorizations in general (User creation, role assignment, SAP Business Partner, etc.)
  • 2nd level support if 1st Level support cannot solve an issue with users (dialog, technical, service users, etc.)
  • XITING as addon is beneficial because it is in use in our environment.
  • Consulting our internal colleagues if it comes to user and authorization related questions and issues.
  • Mainly support and operational work on SAP application level.
  • Additionally supporting concept creation in this area within minor/major projects (e.g. migration to SAP RISE Private Cloud).
  • Custom Apps authorization assignments would be valuable
  • Day2Day support of SAP support requests from business colleagues.
  • Analyzing authorization issue and support in solving them.
  • Learn and adopt new technologies and tools as required.

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science or a comparable degree with skills and experience as a software developer
  • Should have 8+ years of experience on SAP basis application support and/or user management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP or S/4Hana
  • Knowledge on behavior in any integrations between SAP systems and cloud applications (SAP CPI, SAP BTP, Ariba..)
  • Good technical understandings of network, printing, communication protocols,
  • Experience in creation & maintenance of roles, as well as in analyzing of authorization issue.
  • Hands-On and customer focused mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges and contribute.
  • Communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
