Primary responsibilities:
- The role involves building & managing relationships with HR & Finance teams across corporates for offering NPS proposition under Employer-Employee proposition.
- The role includes delivering corporate presentations, facilitating onboarding of employees, contribution management & employee support.
- The role should ensure seamless administration & adherence to regulatory & company guidelines.
- Corporate NPS onboarding & documentation for the given territory.
- Facilitate the registration of corporates.
- Employee enrollment & account management.
- Coordinate monthly / periodic collection & remittance of employer & employee contributions.
- Manage Employee communication & support.
Knowledge & Skills required for the role:
- Experience in building Corporate NPS book
- Experience in Group Insurance Business (Fund business & risk business)
- Corporate relationship management
- Business Development
- Presentable personality with good communications skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate from any stream (Post Graduate with 2 Years of experience or graduate with 4 Years of experience)
- 2 to 10 Years of experience
