About the Role

We're looking for a
Brand Designer
who thinks beyond aesthetics.

Someone who understands that design is not just about what looks good — it's about what makes sense.

You'll be responsible for shaping meaningful brand identities that communicate clearly, connect emotionally, and stand the test of time.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative exploration, and design excellence. You'll collaborate closely with strategists, writers, and clients to transform insights into distinct visual systems that define how brands are seen and experienced.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop complete brand identity systems — from logo and typography to color, grid, and design language.

* Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual narratives that drive recognition and differentiation.

* Create brand guidelines and scalable design systems for consistent implementation.

* Conceptualise and execute design across various touchpoints — digital, print, packaging, and environments.

* Present ideas and design decisions with clarity, logic, and creative conviction.

* Collaborate with strategy, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between business goals and creative direction.

* Stay current with global design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of experience in branding or identity design (agency experience preferred).

* Strong portfolio demonstrating depth in conceptual thinking and identity systems.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.

* Deep understanding of typography, layout, and design hierarchy.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.

Preferred Skills

* Understanding of marketing, brand strategy, and storytelling principles.

* Ability to contribute to strategic discussions and creative briefs.

* Comfort in client-facing roles and design presentations.
