Role SummaryWe are looking for a committed and compassionate MBBS Doctor to lead clinical care at our Kalamboli Health Center. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a difference on the ground, with strong clinical judgment, good patient communication, and an openness to community-oriented healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily outpatient care at the health center

Conduct medical consultations, diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate treatments

Maintain patient records in both manual and digital formats

Coordinate with nurses, field staff, and program managers for integrated care delivery

Participate in awareness camps, community outreach, and preventive care activities

Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards of care

Contribute to periodic reporting, audits, and quality improvement initiativesQualificationsMBBS from a recognized institution with valid MCI/State Medical Council registration

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Effective communication in English and local language (Marathi/Hindi)Willingness to work full-time in Kalamboli and serve the local population

Preferred AttributesPrior experience in community or CSR health initiatives

Familiarity with EHR/digital health tools

Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Passion for social impact and primary healthcare delivery
