Position: Admin Manager

Location: Indore, India (On-site)

Experience: 2–3 years

Salary: k (depends upon interview)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government departments for billing, documentation, and payment processes.
  • Follow up on payment status and ensure timely disbursement.
  • Prepare and maintain records of submissions, approvals, and receipts.
  • Assist internal teams in payment tracking and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with government norms, procedures, and tender conditions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience handling payments and documentation for government or consultancy projects.
  • Strong understanding of billing and payment processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹30,000.00 per month
