Job ObjectiveResponsible to lead the team of Supervisors and Operators, providing them with technical guidance to ensure adherence to quality parameters on regular basis with focus on quality produced and rejections. Primary ResponsibilitiesFinancial Support the production team to minimize the cost due to rejection and rework

Ensure adherence to department budgetCustomer¢ Prepare timely and accurate counter measures to address customer issues related to respective section

¢ Provide support to the production and dispatch team by ensuring timely conduct of Patrol Inspection Process¢ Monitor the in-process quality in respective section by conducting periodic product audits

¢ Conduct patrol inspection as per schedule & review check sheets filled by inspectors

¢ Prepare dimensional report / PQCS/ critical parameters etc. periodically

¢ Check quality of the components- inline and off line and ensure that all components that move to next process are as per the required dimensional parameters
